Loading section of CVDgCoat™ - G5.5R research APCVD system for G5.5 (1.4x1.1m)  glass coating process development and demonstration with recirculating glass handling system. Capable of depositing multilayer TCO films at a capacity of 100 m2/h for Low-e energy saving window coatings and for TCO for photovoltaic thin films solar modules.

The simpler production of the CVDgCoat™ - G5.5R in-line system uses a straight pass through flow for G5.5 glass sheets. The image above is a glass recirculation system.
